ในรูป มันยังไม่สุก ถ้ามันสุกแล้ว จะเริ่มมีสีแดง จนกลายเป็นม่วง คล้ำ ไปจนสีดำ
ส่วนรสชาติ มันก็จะเฟดตามสีครับ สีดำ จะหวาน สีเขียว สีแดง จะยังส้มๆ (เปรี้ยว) อยู่ครับ

ในรูป มันยังไม่สุก ถ้ามันสุกแล้ว จะเริ่มมีสีแดง จนกลายเป็นม่วง คล้ำ ไปจนสีดำ
ส่วนรสชาติ มันก็จะเฟดตามสีครับ สีดำ จะหวาน สีเขียว สีแดง จะยังส้มๆ (เปรี้ยว) อยู่ครับ

หมากตะขบ เด็กๆชอบเรียก บักตากบ ก็มี

บักแงว .... หรือ ลิ้นจี่อีสาน
บักแงวทรงเครื่อง คือ เอาบักแงวลงไปแช่ในน้ำปลาหวาน ปรุงพริกเกลือหน่อย แล้วซด
ถ้าจะให้อร่อย ต้อง "ลึดใน" ด้วย
